An Afternoon Of Outdoor Learning

On Friday we spent the whole afternoon working and learning outside. The whole school completed a set of great outdoor activities and loved getting into the nature that surrounds our school. Highlights included making leaf crowns and leaf people, drinking hot chocolate around a campfire, building dens and reading stories in a tee-pee. The children worked really well to be cooperative and adaptable while they were making their dens and approached different problems with their growing evaluative eyes.
