Last week we went to the Burrard Neale monument (opposite the Isle of White Ferry Terminal). There was a small celebration to mark the unveiling of two new information displays all about why the monument was built and why Sir Harry Burrard Neale was important to people in Lymington. We were very excited as we were filmed by South Today and some of the children were even interviewed!
Here are some photos taken from the event, hopefully the full footage from South Today will be available for us to put on the website soon.
We are planning a trip to take all of the children to see the monument in the next few weeks...
