This is a joint poem by the Rowans and Junipers Train group.
We wrote a silly poem about a monster called Marbo who can eat absolutely anything, no matter how disgusting.
Beware - he does eat a few disgusting things in our poem.
we were practicing getting words that rhyme at the end of the 2nd and 4th lines.
We would like to thank Pie Corbett for the original idea.
Marbo the Monster
He eats dinosaurs teeth,
Maggots and slugs,
Snake Pie, Ballerina's skirts,
Goblin's hearts and bugs.
He eats brains and bogeys,
Maggots and bones,
Guts and blood
and mobile phones.
He eats mouldy chocolate,
Trains, lifts and bugs,
Slippery soap, toilet water,
And the fluff from some rugs.
