The world's shortest sentences!

We have been looking at sentences in literacy. We have discovered that to be a sentence it needs to have a subject and a verb. That means you can make the world's shortest sentence by just using a subject and a verb and nothing else.
Here are some of our examples.
Cheese stinks!
Mario glides.
Titanic sank.
Mermaids swim.
Niamh dances.
I cried.
Lions roar.
We learn.
Crocodiles rock.
Diamonds sparkle.

Well done Rockets and Planes - you really have written some of the world's shortest sentences.
