Wind Powered Vehicle Challenge

Over the past three weeks our children have been designing and building wooden vehicles to contest the annual wind powered vehicle challenge. The children have all enjoyed sawing up wood and fixing the frames together. They have all tried hard to design the best 'sails' they can.

The winner of the challenge, with a vehicle which went 3.77 metres, was Ben Hurl.

We also gave an award for the best designed vehicle. This went to Ben Ingrem for his splendid 6 wheeled machine.

Well done to all of the children, all of the vehicles were well made and it was an excellent competition.
